Orders, pickups & deliveries
How do I place an order?
Open the LaunderEase app, choose your services, and book a pickup window that works for you. We'll collect your items, clean them, and deliver them back to your door.
Can I change or cancel a pickup?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel an upcoming pickup from the order screen in the app before the driver is on the way. If you're close to your pickup window and need help, email info@cleandigitalsolutions.com and we'll sort it out.
How do I track my order?
You can follow your order status in real time from the app — from pickup, through cleaning, to delivery. We'll also send you notifications at each step.
Something is wrong with my order
If an item is missing, damaged, or not cleaned to your satisfaction, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
Account & payments
How do I update my account details?
You can update your name, address, and payment method from the Profile section of the app.
How am I charged?
Payment is handled securely in the app using the payment method on file. You'll see a summary of charges for each order before and after service.
I need a receipt or have a billing question
Email info@cleandigitalsolutions.com with your account email and order number and we'll send over the details.
How do I delete my account or data?
You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the steps, or email us and we'll take care of it.
